The truck was fine, clean, runs well. The hosts had issues from the start. Did not deliver car on time, pick up communication nightmare and demanded I pay deep cleaning fees after 7 days of rental bc the truck wasn’t spotless. Rented many cars on Turo and never had a host this incompetent and try to screw me on charging cleaning fees. First, they sent me a message to pick up the car in economy lot but did not state exact location. 10 minutes before pick up, host finally messaged and told me NOT to go to economy lot but that the truck will be dropped off in passenger pick up area and I should wait for the driver to pull up. At my pick up time, still no truck. Then I get a message from a co-host that the truck is actually parked in Blue Garage. 2 days after my trip ended, host asked me to pay for deep cleaning for normal use after a 7 day rental. Again, rented many cars and never had a host mess up pickup so badly or try to stick me with extra cleaning fees for normal use.
