Host was the best! Responsive, immaculate truck and clean as a whistle. Each and every time I had a question, he handled it immediately and with ease. Quality every step of the way. If every gist was as good as this one, and if every rental was as good an experience as mine was, Turo would out every other rental agency out of business. He’s a veteran and I can see why! Would absolutely rent again, and will.

Vehicle was great!! My only thing was the check-in instructions were incredibly vague. I messaged the owner as soon as we landed asking where the vehicle would be parked and it took him 45 min to reply even after several messages and a couple of phone calls. Then we got dinged for arriving 8 minutes after the drop off time. Which I believe we had technical errors on the app which didn't send the photos of the vehicle and we were rushing to get to security and board I departing flight. Anyways, overall the truck was great but the check-in was rather annoying.
