Immediately after picking up this vehicle, I noticed misalignment. Vehicle pulls hard to the right. The next morning when I was leaving to hit the road, I noticed the Tire Pressure Sensor light on the dash and one of the tires looked low. I took it to a local tire shop to get the tires filled. The tire technician showed my extreme wear on the tires due to misalignment and advised me not to drive this vehicle any further than absolutely necessary. Having experience with this issue before, I agreed with him. I returned the vehicle as soon as I could.
I have read similar reviews on this host’s other vehicle, a Toyota 4 Runner. I probably should have read the reviews on this vehicle before booking.
All of this caused me to miss my God Son’s graduation. I now have to go through a whole process of working with Turo to get a refund. Turo’s chat help is useless and the phone number isn’t much better. Be careful.
Tires are worn i will give the guest that it was due for annual inspection in 10 days so I do apologize and take responsibility. We are definitely not perfect but when an issue does arise we take care of it tires have been replaced and vehicle has been inspected and good to go now. I do apologize for the vehicle causing you to miss graduation and I feel terrible about that. Rest assured we take guest feedback when it comes to maintenance issues very serious as guest safety is our top priority.

Great truck to drive through the mountains in the winter. Had great gas mileage given the miles up the uphill. The host was great and communicated very well. A few cosmetic things I could call out but look at the trip count. They were expected. I’d rent it again for reliability from both a vehicle and host standpoint.
