Pang was an amazing host! He responded immediately whenever I had a question and even answered the phone when I called. This was my first time using Turo and my first time driving an electric vehicle, and Pang was incredibly patient, helpful, and kind while I learned how everything worked.
We rented the Cybertruck as part of my parents’ 60th wedding anniversary celebration, and it became the highlight of our family adventure. Everywhere we went—breakfast, lunch, dinner, and anniversary events—we felt like we were arriving as stars! People stopped to admire the Cybertruck, ask questions, and talk to us about it. Seeing all that excitement made my parents feel incredibly special.
The Cybertruck was so much fun to drive, and the entire experience created memories our family will always treasure. It was absolutely money well spent.
