***PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS*** ⚠️ DIA Pickup ⚠️ A shuttle (ParkDIA) will take you to and from the vehicle, 24/7 (ride time ~5-10 minutes)✈️ FOR PICK UP: 1. After you have your bags, exit the terminal at level 5. You can exit on either the East or West side of the terminal. 2a. For WEST: Exit at door 504, move to island 3, look for the “ParkDIA” sign. 2b. For EAST: Exit at door 513, move to island 3, look for the “ParkDIA” sign. 3. 🅿️ Once at the “ParkDIA” sign, enter the next shuttle to arrive. You will not need to show anything to enter the shuttle. 4. Tell the driver you are picking up from the “CarShare” lot, uncovered, Row A "Blue" 🔵. 5. 🔑KEYS: There will be a lockbox on the driver window, I will send you the code for it. The keys are inside the lockbox. After entering the vehicle, roll down the window, remove the lockbox, and store it somewhere secure in the vehicle until the end of your trip. 6. To exit the lot, follow the exit signs to the Exit Plaza and pull up to the exit gate. The gate will open automatically for you (there is an AVI tag on the front windshield which scans automatically). Sometimes you need to pull up very close to the gate. If you have any issues, speak to the attendant at the booth, tell them you are Turo, and they will let you out. 🆘 ParkDIA Dispatch phone (help): (303)-921-3944 📸Take pictures you feel are necessary. 📲Message me with any questions during your trip. 🅿️ The guest is responsible for a $42 parking fee for ParkDIA. I file an invoice for this fee to the guest after the trip is complete. ***RETURN INSTRUCTIONS*** ParkDIA 25200 E 68th Ave Aurora, CO 80019 Recommended getting to ParkDIA 2 hours before flight for unexpected delays. 1. The gate will open automatically when you pull up. 2. Tell the gate attendant you will be parking in the "uncovered CarShare lot" (Row A "Blue" 🔵) and to please send a shuttle there to pick you up. 3. Return the vehicle to a spot in the uncovered “CarShare” lot (labeled with banners). 4. 📸Take pictures of the vehicle, including odometer and fuel level. 5a. 🔑 KEYS: Place the lockbox in the driver window, just how it was when you found it. Lock the car, and put the key in the lockbox. 5b. 🔑🟢 Use the same code I sent you before your trip to secure the lockbox. If the code doesn’t seem to be working, pull down the little black lever at the bottom of the keypad and re-enter the code. ⚠️ MAKE SURE THE VEHICLE IS LOCKED ⚠️ 6. • Will I be charged for tolls?

  Tolls are charged after your trip is complete.

• Can I tow?

  Towing is not allowed on the Turo platform.

• Can I smoke Marijuana in this vehicle?

  Smoking of any substance in this vehicle will result in devastating shrinkage of genitalia.

• Do I need to wash/clean before returning?

  No - in normal cases I do all the cleaning after guests return the vehicle, including disinfecting. There is a fee for excessive cleaning (see Turo policies).

• Can I pick up at 2am?

  You can pick up anytime.
