Great overall, first time Turo user and I assumed "pick up at Denver International Airport" meant it would be in one of the attached lots. Since it was a 15 minute shuttle away, it added about 40 minutes to my trip that was unexpected, getting to the shuttle pick up/waiting for a shuttle (we didn't know west side was under construction so wasted time standing there). Truck ran fine and got me to point A to B, smelt like cigarettes when I picked it up though. Randy was responsive.
