Clear communication, car was clean

Everything went as planned. The jeep was beautiful and the process was seamless.
The only thing I’d make people aware of is that this host delivered the vehicle to the parking lot 5 minutes before my rental time officially started. I’ll still give them 5 stars because I got it in time, but in previous Turo rentals, there was a bit more flexibility to accommodate early arrivals etc (at least within reason). We’d get the site location and pickup instructions 30-60 minutes before the reservation started - on this trip, we got the specific vehicle location moments before my start time.
I would still use this host in the future without concern.
