The car and customer service was excellent, but the parking lot and associated shuttle service wasn’t the best experience. That was out of their control, but I wanted to note this for future renters. The shuttle wasn’t as reliable as advertised, which unfortunately did impact my travel plans. Would rent again however:)

Arrived at pick up location and key was not with the vehicle. Had to wait outside for over an hour for someone to show up with the spare key. Cell Service was bad so that made it extremely difficult to communicate with their team. Other than that the vehicle was as promised

Everything went as planned. The jeep was beautiful and the process was seamless.
The only thing I’d make people aware of is that this host delivered the vehicle to the parking lot 5 minutes before my rental time officially started. I’ll still give them 5 stars because I got it in time, but in previous Turo rentals, there was a bit more flexibility to accommodate early arrivals etc (at least within reason). We’d get the site location and pickup instructions 30-60 minutes before the reservation started - on this trip, we got the specific vehicle location moments before my start time.
I would still use this host in the future without concern.
