The owner knew this vehicle had issues, I asked and went thru the app to have it towed as seen in my photos. I’m very much looking forward to my full refund. And appreciate how helpful that part of this went… but going forward I highly suggest anyone using this do some research on who they’re renting from. I should have been home HOURS ago… but now I won’t be home til 1am/2am

Hi Morgan, firstly, I do apologize this occurred during your trip, it's never pleasant when something breaks unexpectedly on a vehicle. The truck did not have any existing issues. As you mentioned, you were towing something in this excessive heat which is what caused the truck to overheat, not an existing issue. Vehicles have thermal limits when towing heavy loads in heat. Please note, Turo explicitly prohibits towing of any kind for Turo rentals for this exact reason. Hope you get home safe

The truck had been returned with a heavy smell of smoke and very dirty. Turnaround time was too quick to get this vehicle cleaned before the next trip.
He was over and beyond a perfect host!!!
