Amazing truck! Been thinking about purchasing one for our own and this weekend, using the truck confirmed we needed one. Beautiful truck.. drop off and pick up was seamless. Jed communicated perfectly. I would definitely rent this truck again.

We had a slow start due to snow accumulation but Jed resolved the issues and we were able to continue with our plans. Thank you Jed.

Truck was delivered, a few minutes late, to the departures line at the airport with 1/4 tank of gas.
Steering wheel had an annoying squeak every time you turned, not the end of the world, host said it would take truck off line for a full day to get fixed so didn’t want to do that.
Returned truck in departures lane at airport, host was again a few minutes late.
About an hour after returning truck host called wanting $1000 for un-seen damages. Damage later climbed to $1490. We shall see how the dispute works out.
Wouldn’t recommend this one.
While Travis rented the truck and it was damaged after he returned the truck. He probably did not know. However, he does not want to take responsibility for the damage. I reported him to Turo and they found him liable. It is sad that this review is here and he lowered my metrics on my 60 k vehicle! I would not rent to this guy!
