The quality of the truck was perfect for my needs, and it drove well. This was my first Turo experience and John worked with me through needing to change the pickup and return times. I can't thank him enough! Unfortunately, Turo charged me twice for this (1) day rental which I have contacted Bank of America about for assistance in resolving the issue.
I will certainly keep John's vehicle on my list of great Turo vehicles whenever I need one.
