We’re sorry there was a disagreement regarding the fuel level. Our pre-trip photos clearly document that the vehicle was provided with a full tank at pickup. We asked for documentation showing otherwise, but none was provided. We always rely on timestamped trip photos to ensure both guests and hosts have an accurate record of the vehicle’s condition at the start and end of each rental.
