Jean-Luc was AMAZING to rent from!! This was my first trip with Turo, and from start to finish everything was absolutely perfect!!! And when I was running late to drop it off (like usual) and I got stuck in traffic because of a wreck on the freeway, he was VERY understanding!! I will DEFINITELY rent from him again, if the need arises!!! A++++!! 😁
