Car was very clean and a very easy pick up overall

Car quality was great, location was okay. Only problem was i arrived and the car was not there. I had to wait approximately 10-15 mins before the car arrived. Other than that it was a great experience all around.

The car was delivered on time—precisely at the scheduled drop-off time. You mentioned there was an unpleasant odor in the car? Is that exactly why you decided to hotbox the entire vehicle with marijuana? We had to have the interior professionally deep-cleaned after you returned it. I would also remind you that you returned the car 20 minutes late with only 1% charge remaining, which is completely unacceptable for electric vehicles.
The vehicle was very responsive & clean. It was our first time w a full EV but we enjoyed it. The host was lovely about us returning early & the key hand-over.
