The car was excellent. The owner was very generous, courteous and communicative. They accommodated my last minute rental and even delivered the car. Everything was smooth. They made it so easy. Look forward to borrowing from them again.

Excellent car. Last minute approval by the owner after numerous attempts to reach them was very inconvenient and inconsiderate. Be aware the vehicle does have a vanity plate that could be offensive to fans of other colleges.

The customer is confused about how the app works. The reservation is the confirmation, we dont have to, and Cannot confirm Before the trip begins, impossible. The car was at the arranged spot and meticulously cleaned on time. They were late, and then backed up into a state road sign with their vehicle. And my "CTARHEEL" plate is offensive??? What's offensive is the caked on mud you drove my car through and didn't bother to clean off. Respect and contracts are the rules, you sir, have neither.
