The communication is amazing, very easy, descriptive, just a great host. The car is also pretty great, this was my first time renting a Tesla and not related to the host but it’s a bit complicated to have to be charging all the time since the range is not that high so for long roadtrips it can be a bit difficult. Other than that, recommend fully.
It is unfortunate that you rented a car that you are not familiar with. The rating is strictly for us as a host and the condition of the car. Your four star actually hurts us and as you stated, had nothing to do with us.

It seems a little unfair to dock our rating because you are not familiar with the car you booked.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine

Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
