Car was great. Just as described. Next time I wouldn’t pay for the airport pickup option, since the shuttle takes just as long as an uber.

Car was beautiful and rode like a dream. And all the features were cool.

The guest had the option to choose the pick-up location from several options that I offer. After choosing the location, the guest was sent multiple reminders of the location that was chosen along with directions to the chosen location. The guest may not have read the instructions or remembered the car that was chosen as the guest began the check-out process with the wrong car.
Car was dirty on arrival, car seat was installed incorrectly but everything else with the car was perfect. Drove nice

Hi Alexandrea, thank you for renting with me. I do want to note that my pre-trip photos as well as yours confirm the interior was pristine when handed over. Concerning the car seat, I simply place it in the car because I have no prior knowledge of the child's size or seating preferences. I'm happy the car drove smoothly and hope to host you again!
Great car

The Kia we rented was very clean and great. The gas millage was amazing and we didn’t have any issues. Would highly recommend!
