Very confusing to find the parking lot on return! Perhaps I was t reading all of it but I’m used to being in better communication with my hosts on Turo.

I generally don’t have issues with Turo so this was an experience that I’m not used to.
Issues: The car was not clean. Specifically, The passenger seat had a sticky stain in it, there was someone else’s hair in the front, and it was dusty on the inside. Additionally, the car had not been taken to the car wash.
The car had a rattling noise. I had 800 miles for my experience and whilst they didn’t know if I’d be traveling on a long distance they should have assumed that I would and I did. I reached out to them about it and they said, “it’s just plastic, so it’s ok.” That was not ok. The noise was very invasive and annoying.
Lastly, when I picked up the car from the airport, I had to pay for the car that I rode into the parking deck in to exit out of the parking deck. I only a received credit for the parking deck fee for the rented vehicle. I should not have had to pay any parking deck fee.

Great car overall, wish the charge was higher when I picked up the car, had to stop and charge it more which made me slightly late to my event but overall great rental, easy pick up and drop off.
