The host was nice. The car itself was dirty inside (and outside too, but inside is what hurt). For such a high premium price I was paying, the car should be completely cleaned before handoff. Even when I am renting a car for much less than I paid here, it normally comes spotless. But this car was really dirty and it put a blemish on what could have been a good experience. I am sure the host is a really good person so I hesitate to write this, but it’s useful for people to clarify up front (and not assume) that they will be given a fully cleaned and spotless vehicle for their rental.
The car was clean when I gave it to you. If the car was dirty you dont tell someone after 24 hours. You are looking for a way to get a discount. You didnt even appreciate that i saved you the airport fee
