The pickup location was great seem to me the host was on my every location and saying that he hoped I enjoyed my trip all the time I’ve used this service I’ve never had a host to clock me so I felt very uncomfortable in the vehicle
We have a smoking / vaping sensor in all of our vehicles. Turo is 100% non-smoking / vaping. If we receive a notice, we will ask you to follow the Turo rules. We have tracking devices on our vehicles, as do a majority of Turo hosts. As you see in our reviews, most people enjoy our vehicles, the cleanliness of them and the ease of accessing them. The vast majority of guests appreciate the service we provide and we enjoy offering our vehicles on Turo and meeting people along the way. Thanks, Mike
