Kelvin was super easy to work with and very helpful whenever needed. He responds within a few hours (but usually within an hour) of any message. He also worked with us when we knew we were going to be getting the car back later than the original reservation. Pick-up and drop-off were pretty easy. We will definitely be renting from him again in the future.
