Host was an hour late getting me the rental. Instead of meeting at the pickup location I had to meet him at the car wash. Got about 10-15 minutes up the road and had an asthma attack because there was so much animal hair in the vehicle. When I notified him to say I couldn’t drive the car back he refused to pick it up and said I would have to tow it at my expense. Then tried to charge me for the rental. I would not recommend this host.
