There were a couple of issues but the host worked on them quickly. The car I originally rented became unavailable at the last minute. Michael had a second vehicle available, the mpg was not as good but we made do. Unfortunately the replacement car, the Kia Soul, was dirty at pick-up. Food residue on almost every surface, noticable dirt and trash throughout the car, and a sauce spilled on the passenger seat. The issue was brought to Michael's attention and he handled it professionally. The car was fine other than being dirty. I'm giving 5 stars because Michael did his best to make it right.

The car showed a maintenance needed message I had to withhold from going to Washington and unable to use all miles due to this I did not move in the car as much the brakes where not the best it make a squeak sound when reversing I was more devastated with the Washington and the message due to having to cancel activities in Washington
