The Fisker Ocean is a discontinued vehicle. The navigation does not work, and there is no Apple CarPlay. I was originally supposed to get a Chevrolet Equinox, but after I paid, the Chevy was substituted to the Fisker.
The Chevy was out with another guest and had not been returned on time. and I did give you the option to accept or decline the substitution. You asked for a waive of the refueling requirement upon return as a requirement for you to accept the substitution and I agreed. You weren't forced into the Fisker. You always had the option to cancel the reservation for a full refund. Sorry I couldn't meet your high standards LOL
