Host communication was terrible. We waited almost 30 minutes past our pickup time with no answer to our phone calls and no message or information on how and where to pickup our car.
The car itself was very uncomfortable to drive, the battery doesn’t last very long and it takes a long time to charge. The windows are VERY tinted so it’s hard to see, I had to drive with the windows down most of the trip and it’s very hard to figure out and maneuver the car.
I don’t generally write bad reviews but this trip was very disappointing. Definitely will not be repeating a trip with this host or this type of car.
