Pickup location and host were great. The car was a bit of a disappointment. Did not ride well. Super rough over bumps. Has an issue with one of the sensors in the front that would randomly shift the car out of cruise control.

Everything about Turo was great! I loved the car, it was clean and ready to go once I arrived. Pick up location was easily accessible and instructions were easy to follow.
