Greg was an excellent host and was very proactive in providing clear, detailed instructions for the vehicle, pickup, and drop-off. We also added beach chairs, a cooler, and a car seat to the rental, and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The pickup location was in a secondary lot just outside the airport, and Greg’s directions made the entire process easy to navigate.
We did have an issue with the vehicle not starting one morning, which disrupted our golfing plans. However, communication with Greg was easy, and we were able to jump the vehicle. It started normally afterward, and we did not have any additional issues. Greg was great throughout the entire rental, and I would not hesitate to rent from him again.

One of the best experiences for car rental so far. I messed up dates and landed a day earlier. I needed the Tahoe to take luggage for my daughter's dorm move in. Feeling helpless i took a chance and requested Greg if he has the car available. The car was not at the airport and he made a few phone calls to get me the car. The car is in great condition, both exterior and interiors. The checkin process was easy and best thing was I got what I wanted when I needed it the most. It saved me a lot of heart burns. Thanks Greg for your kindness and customer obsession. Would definitely recommend to rent a vehicle from Greg.
