This was my first time using Toro and I must say it was a great experience. I went to pick up my daughter from college and the drive there and back went smoothly. One of the number one surprises is it was GREAT on gas.
Xuan had been a very gracious and responsive host when it came to any questions, I might have had. If his size vehicle is what I'm needing in the future I will definitely be reaching out again. Thank you for a good experience.

Overall, it was a good experience. The car drove well and got us where we needed to go without any major issues.
There were a few things that could be improved. The interior was a bit dirty and had a slight odor, similar to a smoking smell. When driving 60 mph, there was some noticeable air noise coming into the car. Also, the driver’s seat adjustment handle seemed to be broken, which made it difficult to adjust the seat.
Aside from that, everything else went smoothly and the Host is great!

I’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. The vehicle is thoroughly cleaned inside and out before your trip. As an 8-year-old car, it may not feel like a brand-new vehicle, but I always ensure it is well-maintained.
Regarding the odor concern, there was a previous guests who violated the no-smoking policy, but I have replaced the cabin air filter and performed multiple ozone treatments.
The seat adjustment knob has minor wear due to prior guest use, but it remains fully functional.

Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
