Ok so first off, these guys were the only ones with option to pick up at 10:30pm on friday evening! They gave clear and fast instructions immediately upon booking of where to find the car, how to pick it up, how to access the key. When my mechanic told me itd be another three days, i was able to within seconds extend my trip (on the same day that i was supposed to drop the car off, two hours prior to scheduled dropoff!!), then, when my mechanic called and said my car was ready (two days before they had predicted), i was able to edit the trip, again and turn the car in one day early and they processed the return immediately! This was my first experience using Turo app for car rental. Stellar is an under statement. I will likely never use a hertz/nationwide etc type rental service again. They set the example that i’ll expect others to meet in the future of using turo. Thanks yall!!
