Car was as described and getting car was decently simple. Lockbox was finicky and some interior parts of the car were broken but overall a good host

Im glad you found the vehicle as described and that the airport parking was easy to access.Regarding the interior pieces you mentioned, my goal is always to provide guests with clean, comfortable,and well maintained vehicles.Prior to your trip,the only interior issue noted was a chip on the armrest handle which is currently on backorder but has no affect on the vehicle look or functionality. We look forward hosting many great experiences in the future!

Amazing person, my car was in the shop and I needed a vehicle. My husband had just passed away and someone hit his car and I needed a vehicle. I was told to rent from Turo. I ran across Rio cars. I love their vehicles. He was willing to work with me to add more days. I will be using Rio again
