Communication with the host was poor from start to finish. My request to verify my license was ignored, the vehicle wasn’t ready at pickup, and I had to repeatedly call and wait just to receive the access code to the lock box during drop off. To make matters worse, the car smelled like cigarettes. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

The car was amazing! It ran very smooth and was awesome on gas. Loved the contactless pick up/drop off. The host was very responsive for any questions and accepted my trip at such short notice. I would rent again in a heart beat. Thanks so much!
