vehicle and host were great, smooth and easy- no issues vehicle was brand new!

Great experience with Elainy. She was prompt in responding to my messages and also flexible with flight delays and changes. The car was clean and accurate from the listing. The drop off and pick up process was smooth as well. As a heads up the pick up and drop off from EWR was at the departures curb.
Heads up to request a different location if you need a moment to adjust yourself to a new car before driving to your destination. This wasn't a huge deal for me but could cause issues for others.
