The pick up was pretty simple. Host was responsive and all and all the experience was positive.
Outside of the overall service would be the age of the car. Please be mindful that the SUV is from 2015(11 years old). So make sure you get a mobile dashboard holder bc there is no in-unit navigation screen, and make sure you have an adapter for your iPhone to connect to the aux bc there is no Bluetooth<>Radio connection for music.
The ride starts to get tricky when you want to listen to music AND charge your cell phone bc the newer iPhones don’t have an aux outlet so you will need an Aux<>USB-C connector. So if you rent this car make sure to prepare with these 2 items.
For short distance trip it’s a nice look with older lights(2015), for a longer trip it’s best to come prepared and set yourself up before hopping on the road.

May I remind you that Turo is market place catering for different class of people. You can not skip, ignore a 2024 or 2025 SUV simply cos of the cost or your affordability to settle for a decent 2015 reliable SUV and complain.
Its like skipping a 2 hrs flight for a 10hours drive and be complaining of long drive hours.
Also, the engine is at a 100% - no strange or wheezing sound.
There are 4 different cables in the middle console to cater for all types of phone
