I had such a wonderful experience renting this car! Shawn was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was always helpful, friendly, and very quick to respond whenever I had a question or concern. There was a small scratch that I initially thought may have happened while I had the car, and Shawn handled the situation so kindly and professionally, which I really appreciated. The pickup and drop-off process was extremely easy and convenient.
The car itself was spacious, drove very smoothly, and gave me absolutely no problems during my rental. Everything about the experience was stress-free and pleasant.
I truly appreciate the great customer service and would definitely rent from there again!
