The vehicle drove fine, but communication with the host post-trip was very disappointing. The host stayed in contact with me at drop-off and did not mention any issues. However, they later filed an official accident claim for a very minor black scuff mark that I could have buffed out if I noticed. Be sure to document every inch of this car with photos at checkout in daylight. Was my first time renting on Turo and might be the last.
