Great vehicle overall and a good experience. The car was in good condition and worked perfectly during the trip.
The only reason for 4 stars is that the check-in process could be improved, as I didn’t have the opportunity to clearly verify the vehicle’s condition at the start. There were some pre-existing details (like a stain) that I noticed from the beginning, so a more thorough initial documentation would help avoid any confusion.
The guest caused damage to the vehicle and has been uncooperative throughout the damage claim process.
Based on this experience, I do not recommend this renter to any other hosts.
