Overall, I had a great experience. There was a mix-up at the start where the car was mistakenly taken by someone else, which caused a delay, but the host handled it quickly and professionally. They stayed in communication and made sure everything was resolved.
The car itself was in good condition and everything went smoothly after that. I would definitely book with this host again.

Omgosh! Turbo rental through TURO was so easy. It took a second to locate the car in the long term parking but I called him directly and he FaceTimed me and took me straight to the car. He text me a few days in to be sure everything was ok. Dropped off in same spot. He also said he could arrange to pick me up and drop off so I wouldn’t hv to take the shuttle to long term parking next time, if I needed. Seriously better than ANY RENTAL I have ever had.
