This was my first time using Turo. Since it’s more of a personal car rental service, like most people, I was a little nervous that the experience might feel a bit unprofessional. Lo and behold, my original booking fell through at the last minute, the host cancelled. I also just moved to the area and don’t have a car yet so I was extremely frustrated and disappointed.
Then I found Brett nearby and honestly, I don’t know if that was a little sign from God or what! 😂 Renting from him was amazing. I’m so glad everything worked out the way it did because I truly don’t think my original rental would have compared. The car was spotless, smelled new and you could immediately tell how well he takes care of it. Everything felt incredibly professional while still being personalized. His service should genuinely be the Turo standard! Brett was so kind and accommodating and his communication was exceptional. Anytime I reached out, he responded quickly and made sure everything was clear. He completely turned my experience around. What started as such a frustrating first experience ended up being exceptional because of him. I would absolutely rent from Brett again!

Landed no rental cars in Sanford/Orlando airport. Owner had vehicle there in a second. Easy pick off and drop off. Can’t get any easier.

It was a great trip, picking up the vehicle and dropping it off was a very easy process, Brett even offered to drop us off at the airport entrance to avoid traveling with our luggages on the airport train, he was very accommodating
