The host is very kind and responsive. Clear pickup instructions. The car looked the way it did in photos. I’m giving 4 stars because the battery was dead when I arrived for pick up (I later saw a prior guest’s review saying that the battery was dead for their trip too). The owner immediately came and had battery replaced which was great but since there have been battery problems more than once, I would be hesitant to book again.

We had a very difficult time finding the car and had to pay $40 for parking since it has been left in the lot the day before and didn’t allow enough wiggle room. The battery died and when advising the owner he was dismissive about the state of the battery as reported by AAA. We lost a number of hours of our vacation due to issues with the rental and I wish I had just used a regular rental agency. Will likely not be using Turo again due to this experience.
