I truly apologize for the inconvenience. As soon as we were notified, we addressed the situation immediately. The vehicle has been fully inspected and treated to ensure everything is resolved. It may have originated from a previous trip, but we’ve taken all necessary steps to make sure the car is clean and ready moving forward.
