The car drive great and was everything we needed. It had a ton of trunk space and was perfect for a family of 6. Communication was efficient and helpful. Car was easy to find when we arrived at the airport. We would definitely rent this same vehicle again when in the area. Thank you!

The front two tires were bald and wires were sticking out. The alignment was terrible and it drove rough.

As soon as you reported the issue, I immediately offered to have the vehicle serviced and the tires replaced. Unfortunately, the repair could not be completed within your schedule, and the vehicle was returned. The tires have since been replaced, the alignment corrected, and the Wagoneer is now fully inspected and back in excellent condition. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
