Had a great experience renting this SUV for our Disney trip! The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. There was plenty of room for our family and luggage, and it made getting around so much easier. The pickup process was smooth, and everything went as expected. I would definitely recommend renting from them and would happily book again for our next trip!

When I arrived at 12:30am on Sunday with the 3 kids with me and the front passenger tire was flat. The car displayed said 6% air pressure. I had to pay $115 for insurance from turbo just to get someone to help me. Even though the flat was not my fault, I had to cover the insurance to get someone to help me. I messaged the host and the Turbo service called the host. He didn't answer either one of us. The service on the phone was terrible. No one cared that it was early in the morning and I had 3 kids with in the middle of a grass field. The first company that was used to come help us was going to take an hour to an hour and half to get to us. Then 10 later, I got a notification that they canceled the service. No one was able to help me at that time of morning. Its Orlando, Florida someone is working that time of morning. Again no one cared that we were in a grass field early in the morning. Around 1:45 a guy finally came to assist me. He said that he was around the corner and was not supposed to help with service calls only towing. But he said he would help. He was a life saver! He was fast, friendly, and helping. The spare tire was also flat and there was only 2 lug nuts on the tire. We found 2 more lug nuts in the back of the car. The car was drivable to the near gas station so I was able to air it up. The host was not able to get someone out to fix the car until the following day(Monday). He was not very good a communicating with me about get the tire fixed or cared that our 1st day of vacation was spent mostly in our Air bnb. I had to pay for a ride to the airport to get another rental car. So we could make some of our plans that we had for that day. I have uploaded all of my receipts and photos on the app. I was told that I would be reimbursed for the rental car. But that's all. I spent $374 to get the car tire changed, Air in the spare, a ride to and from the airport for another rental car, and a rental car. I feel that i should be reimbursed the $374. I will NEVER use Turbo again or recommend them!!! I also had to pay for 2 days of parking when I picked up the car. I had updated my flight information a week before I arrived. The host don't pay attention to what is going or said. Terrible Terrible Service!!!!
