The car was absolutely immaculate beyond clean and looked like it had just come out of a professional detail shop. It was clear that the host takes great pride in maintaining their vehicle.
What really stood out was the host’s attentiveness when we experienced a flat tire. They were incredibly responsive, went out of their way to help us, and made sure we were back up and running as quickly as possible. Their level of care and customer service was exceptional.
Overall, this host completely outperformed the big rental companies in both service and personal attention. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, clean vehicle and an outstanding host!
