We loved the vehicle, but it did a lot of shaking while driving at take off then smooth itself out to normal, after that it ran great until starting again.

The rental was fine and host was great initially I was not told about having to pay $14 to retrieve vehicle before hand due to being parked at airport that should be advised or charged with rental fee other then that everything was fine . I requested refund right as it happened I was promised one by each host and it’s now 2 weeks later n still no refund so I feel like I was just given the run around and I was trying to give all 5 but this really has me upset that I feel like I was not advised and then when discussed lied to about a refund.
