The rental was fine and host was great initially I was not told about having to pay $14 to retrieve vehicle before hand due to being parked at airport that should be advised or charged with rental fee other then that everything was fine . I requested refund right as it happened I was promised one by each host and it’s now 2 weeks later n still no refund so I feel like I was just given the run around and I was trying to give all 5 but this really has me upset that I feel like I was not advised and then when discussed lied to about a refund.

The airport fee is a third-party charge, but we understand it should have been clearly communicated in advance.
