We rented this Tahoe for our family trip of seven to Universal Studios, and it was the perfect vehicle! It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for everyone and all of our luggage, making the long drives enjoyable.
We did experience one issue when the vehicle unexpectedly went into theft deterrent mode and wouldn't start, which was definitely an inconvenience and caused us to lose some vacation time. However, the host was incredibly responsive throughout the entire situation, communicated with us every step of the way, and worked quickly to get the issue resolved.
While the down time was frustrating, we truly appreciated the excellent customer service and how the host handled everything. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again and would definitely recommend this Tahoe to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable family vehicle.

One thing I would suggest you next time, for us as hosts, is that you would be the one picking the vehicle or include your wife before the trip as a valid driver.
Also, you drove the vehicle at 90mph which is a red flag for any host. But all in all you and your family were great.
