We had a great experience with this rental! The vehicle was exactly what we needed and drove well throughout our entire 10-day trip. The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish.
At the beginning of our trip, the vehicle was dropped off at the airport parking lot earlier than expected, which resulted in a higher parking fee. The host immediately took responsibility for the additional cost and reimbursed us on the spot without hesitation, which we really appreciated.
We had no issues with the vehicle until the very end of our rental, when an unexpected mechanical issue occurred. It was clearly an unforeseen problem and not the fault of either the host or us. The host remained professional, responsive, and understanding throughout the situation, and even offered and agreed to pick the vehicle up from our home without charging us anything extra. We are currently home waiting for the host to pick up the vehicle, even though we were originally meant to drop it off at the same location we picked it up.
Overall, this was a wonderful rental experience. The host went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, communicated well, and handled an unexpected situation with professionalism and kindness. I would absolutely rent from them again in the future and highly recommend them to others.
