The vehicle was in great condition. Vehicle drives good. The vehicle owner kept messaging us through out our trip regarding drivers license being uploaded after it was explained a few times it was uploaded prior to the pick up. Vehicle owner asked which location we were closer for pick up as confirmed, he still kept same location that was not that near, not sure what was the point of confirming closer location if no changes on what was more convenient.The vehicle owner did not want to extend the drop off time as we requested late drop off due to delay from the trip.Despite availability on the app for same day extension.Had to rush to return vehicle which was inconvenient.

. Thank you for the feedback. The reason why I insisted the drivers license be uploaded is because you didn’t complete the check process properly which can put a liability on me and you. I was attempting to protect you and my vehicle. As far as the extension, your trip ended at 10am and you brought my car back at 1pm which is 3 hours late and I didn’t charge you with a late fee. It seems like you’re not taking accountability and that’s ok. Thank you again for your business
