I had an excellent experience renting this Cadillac. The car was absolutely beautiful, incredibly comfortable, and had a driving experience unlike any other vehicle I’ve driven before. You could truly feel the quality and smoothness in every detail.

One thing that really impressed me was the battery range — it lasted much longer than the Teslas I’m usually accustomed to driving, which made the entire trip far more convenient and stress-free.

I also want to especially highlight Juan’s outstanding service. He was always attentive, quick to answer all my questions, and incredibly helpful with coordinating around my flight dates. His professionalism and kindness made the whole experience even better.

I would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a premium and worry-free experience.

I rented Juan’s Lyriq and had a great experience overall. The car was very clean, fun to drive, and easy to use if you’re already familiar with EVs. The deep metallic green paint is beautiful and really shines in the sun. The glass roof is especially awesome at night, and it’s nice that it has a motorized shade if you want to block the light or heat.

Performance-wise, the car has plenty of get-up-and-go and delivers a very smooth, calm ride. This is the RWD 450E version, so it has a bit less horsepower and torque than the AWD model, but it still feels quick and comfortable for everyday driving.

Range was more than enough for my daily activities and even some shorter trips to the beach. I only needed one charging stop of about 30 minutes during a longer outing.

One thing to note: the vehicle’s data plan was not active during my rental, so I couldn’t use the built-in Google Maps for navigation and automatic charging route planning. That made my road trip a little less convenient since I had to estimate my range and charging times myself. The car does have Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, which worked fine, but having the vehicle handle route and charging planning would have been easier.

Juan was great to work with. His communication was excellent, and whenever I had questions about charging he responded quickly with helpful tips. He was also not intrusive at all, which I appreciated.

Overall, a great rental and a very enjoyable car to drive.
