So I needed a spacious and reasonably fuel-efficient vehicle for my family during our visit to Los Angeles, and Shawn’s Chevy Traverse was a great fit. The vehicle ran smoothly throughout the trip with no issues, and the interior was spotless and well-maintained. Although the pickup process was a little bumpy at first, Shawn handled the situation professionally, communicated well, and made things right. He remained courteous and responsive throughout the rental period. Overall, it was a solid experience and I would recommend renting from him.
