Everything with the car was good. Overall a very good ride.

Car was parked at a different location than the address provided. Overall car is in moderate condition.
There’s no where to park the cars in my neighborhood. We have assigned parking so i have to park the vehicles out on the public road. I advise all customers the car is parked at the entrance with a photo where the cars are located.

This host was very amazing. They will forever be my first choice for Turo. The communication was very and sufficient. I was unsure if the vehicle was having issues and when I brought it to the host attention, the host immediately attended to my issue and not only immediately attended to my issue, but the host swap me out with a vehicle at the same price and rating.
