This was my first time using Turo, and it was a great experience. The host was awesome—communication was excellent from start to finish. The SUV was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I would not hesitate to rent from this host again.

Car was hard to find as it was not where expected. Had to walk along a road, but no side walk. Near an economy lot with a free shuttle, but host didn't say, so only used at the return. Car had a soiled back seat. Car ran well, full of gas at pickup. One day the fan stopped working after an hour. Worked later on. Squeak on passenger side sounds like a possible bearing issue

Windshield was dirty and streaky, hatch extremely hard to open, back up camera on dash was very dark as if it was night time. It was my first time using TURO and was very disappointed with the service.. Had to hire UBER to get to vehicle and back to airport. No instructions on what to do. EZ pass was scotch taped to dashboard. This experience was not a positive one for future rentals. I hope that this is not an indication of the type of service that TURO advertises

Sorry for your experience. The ezpass was a courtesy that I took out my personal vehicle, the rear hatch was manufactured that way by NISSAN, the lot for picking up the vehicle was a 5min uber ride which was explained to you as no vehicle can be parked at the airport, apologies for the windows. Hope your next experience is a better one. Thanks again for your comments and hoping your future experiences will be a better one.
