Pros: the car was comfortable, spacious. It was good on gas. The hosts were very nice.
Cons: you have to uber from the airport to get to the car which adds additional time, money and inconvenience ($15 each way). When I initially booked the car, I messaged the host to ask if there was a shuttle to the pick up area and never got a response. The car smelled strongly of marijuana. I had to leave a dress hanging in the car and smelled like marijuana for an event. Also, the check engine light was on when I picked it up. Never had any issues but something that should have been addressed beforehand.

Hi Lauren, thank you for your feedback, we take every review seriously and will improve going forward. Unfortunately hosts are not allowed to deliver to Bradley Airport. We have also been notified that if we are seen delivering to the airport, we will have our vehicles unlisted. Regarding the smell, our sincerest apologies, we try our best to get any smells out from the previous renter and I will look into new options for cleaning the smell. We have addressed the check engine light, thank you
